These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AcusByg Rengøring. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Services

We provide professional cleaning services including:

• Residential cleaning
• Office cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Sofa, carpet, and upholstery cleaning
• Odor removal (including ozone treatment)

The scope of work is agreed individually with each client prior to service.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or contact form
• We reserve the right to adjust scheduling if necessary
• A booking is only confirmed once both parties agree on the details

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are provided as hourly rates or fixed quotes depending on the service
• Final price may vary depending on:
  
  • Size of the space
  • Level of dirt or condition
  • Specific service requirements
• Payment is due after completion unless agreed otherwise
• We accept bank transfer or other agreed methods

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in a fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances

6. Access to Property

• The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed time
• If access is not provided, the service may be cancelled and a fee may apply

7. Responsibility & Liability

• We are fully insured and take great care when performing our services
• However, we are not responsible for:
  
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Improperly installed items
  • Fragile items not secured or communicated in advance
• Any damages must be reported within 24 hours after service

8. Quality of Service

• If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours
• We will review the issue and, if necessary, offer a re-clean or solution

9. Odor Removal (Ozone Treatment)

• Ozone treatment requires that no people, pets, or plants remain in the space during the process
• The area must be ventilated after treatment
• AcusByg Rengøring is not responsible for misuse of the space before it is safe to re-enter

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and service
• Remove valuable or fragile items if necessary
• Inform us of any special conditions (e.g., mold, damage, sensitive materials)

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
